Now This is A Filibuster

With all due respect to Rafael “Ted” Cruz, this is a filibuster:

Of course when Oswalt finished his filibuster most of the people on the set didn’t hate his gut.  For Cruz the reaction in the GOP caucus was not as loving.

On a serious note this could have an impact on Cruz’s ambitions.  Being that he is very new to the political scene, he was elected in November, attacks on him will have more of an impact because he is still being defined in the eyes of voters.  If someone like John Thune or Bob Corker endorses one of Cruz’s primary opponents and says it’s in part because of how Cruz acts that will leave a sting.

Is it enough to kill Cruz’s campaign?  Lord no.  It is enough to cause Cruz some headaches he really does not need.
