I am not a stats guy, but watching the Bears play today I just got the feeling something is wrong with the Chicago Bears. A team that was so great at forcing turnovers seems to have lost that. Their special teams plays too adequate but not game changing as it had been under Smith. Is this the start of trend of just a bump in the road? They could very well be 1-4 instead of 3-2.
Yes, Cutler is playing better this year and the two games they lost have been to really good teams. So it’s not time to hit the panic button. But this team is not one of the elites and not a Super Bowl contender.
They may still make the playoffs but Seattle, Green Bay, and of course New Orleans should not be worried.
