Hillary and the GOP establishment

One of the reasons the GOP presidential primary is so interesting is that it is wide open.  A number of candidates poll in double-digits and any of them could (under the right circumstances) be the nominee.  The Democrats don’t have that this time.  There primary right now is HILLARY CLINTON and  everyone else.

It almost seems a foregone conclusion that Clinton will be the Democratic nominee in 2016.  So for the GOP establishment there first and really only criteria is who can beat Hillary.  Is it Jeb Bush, Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, or someone else?  The name honestly doesn’t matter as along as they can unite the party enough to get at least 270 electoral votes versus her.

So this makes the party establishments’ support much more fickle and fluid than in past year.  Who fits the billing of being able to stop Clinton will change and with it the support of the party establishment.

Yes the Clinton’s are the center of attention even in the GOP. Just the way they like it.
